CONSULT AN IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY

Our immigration lawyers meet regularly with people in our offices in Seattle, Bellingham, Vancouver, B.C., and New York City. The initial consultation gives you a good opportunity to know your immigration options. U.S. immigration laws and procedures are complex and ever changing. Consulting with an experienced immigration lawyer can prevent mistakes and misconceptions when applying for or determining eligibility for immigration benefits. Our initial consultation gives you a chance to learn about our legal services, the retaining procedure, and the estimated cost of your matter. All information will be kept in strict confidence. Should you decide to retain our firm, we credit the $250 consultation fee against any related work we do for you in the future.

A legal consultation to discuss your specific immigration matter can be conducted with one of our attorneys either in-person or by telephone. One of our immigration lawyers will diagnose your situation, explain the law, and provide answers to your questions. Feel free to click on the links provided below to find out more about the type of consultation that would best suit your needs.

Meet with an immigration attorney in person to discuss the details of your case, work through complex issues and supporting documents, and plan an immigration strategy for obtaining benefits. We credit the consultation fee towards additional legal fees if we are hired to handle your case. You may also consult with one of our immigration attorneys by phone if an in-person meeting is inconvenient. Follow the links to learn more about telephonic consultations and how to schedule a time to speak directly with an immigration lawyer within 48 business hours. We also credit telephone consultation fees towards any related work that we may do for you in the future. For very simple legal matters we also offer an optional 30-minute telephone consultation. Contact us to find out how one of our immigration lawyers can assist you.

Please note: Consultations do not form an attorney-client relationship until our law office is formally retained for legal services.
